Yesterday, we kicked off our participation in Innovation Day 2026, an initiative that connects university and industry to tackle real challenges through innovation.

We want to especially thank Núria Martorell and Encarna Lombardía for their trust in NeumaCare and for the opportunity to be part of this edition. Thanks also to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, the Parc de Recerca UAB, and the Ajuntament de Molins de Rei for driving this space of collaboration between talent, research, and industry.
Sharing Our Challenges With The Next Generation
During the day, we had the opportunity to share the two challenges we are proposing to students, and to exchange views with the program's mentors. We are especially grateful to Francesca Torrell for her contributions and strategic perspective, and to our mentor Jordi Carrabina for his feedback and for embracing the challenges presented by NeumaCare.
What Comes Next
Now comes the most exciting part: working together with students to explore new ideas around ambient intelligence applied to hospital environments. We are confident this collaboration will generate valuable learning for everyone involved.
